Lendcord is a technology platform and channel partner that facilitates digital financial services through regulated financial institutions. Lendcord is not a Bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or RBI-registered NBFC-P2P. Peer-to-peer lending services on the Platform are facilitated through our RBI-registered NBFC-P2P partner, Lendbox (Capicord Technologies Private Limited), or any other regulated lending partner associated with us.

Depending on the services you use, we may collect your name, date of birth, gender, and photograph; mobile number and email address; residential and correspondence address; PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or other KYC documents; bank account details and payment information; income and employment details; business information, where applicable; and device information, browser type, IP address, and website usage data. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Your information may be used to register and manage your account, verify your identity and complete KYC, process loan or investment applications, conduct fraud prevention and risk assessment, facilitate services through regulated lending partners, respond to customer queries, improve our products, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your information may be shared, only where necessary, with our RBI-regulated lending partners, KYC verification agencies, credit bureaus and fraud prevention agencies, payment service providers, technology and cloud service providers, collection or recovery agencies where applicable, and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. All third parties receiving your information are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

We follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including secure encrypted communication, restricted employee access, secure cloud infrastructure, and continuous security monitoring. Lendcord does not lend money, accept public deposits, or undertake regulated lending activities in its own name. All regulated lending services available through the Platform are facilitated by our RBI-registered lending partner(s), including Lendbox (Capicord Technologies Private Limited), in accordance with applicable law and RBI regulations.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your privacy rights, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge privacy-related complaints within 24 business hours and aim to resolve most within 7 business days. If you're not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the RBI's Complaint Management System (CMS).
